This week, until the 22nd of May, design lovers will enjoy\u00a0Romanian Design Week<\/strong>, a 10-day festival that promotes design, architecture, creativity and innovation as tools for cultural, social and economic growth. Organized yearly, the festival takes place in several places around the city, including showrooms, creative hubs, art galleries or shops. You will discover more than 150 recent projects signed by local architecture and design studios. Tickets and more information can be found on the festival\u2019s\u00a0website<\/a>. Art takes over the city with\u00a0Art Safari<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(May 12- August 7), another cultural event that starts in Bucharest in May. The most important event dedicated to art in Romania will feature guided tours and art exhibitions (including the ones of Picasso and Dali), open to the public in several locations throughout the city, including Dacia Romania Palace.<\/p>\n

Also, in May, other outdoor projects have started and will last until October. \u201cOpen Streets<\/strong><\/a>\u201d is a program organized by the Bucharest CityHall, that features cultural activities (concerts, participatory projects, contemporary dance performances, artistic interventions, theater performances), sports and educational activities prepared by several cultural institutions of the city and private cultural operators.
